RE:RE:RE:RE:UEC is only equivalent to Exploration costs..Vote No!I own a lot of UEX shares and will vote no on this offer of 0.43 being not a fair price in my opinion. 0.50 or higher then I might vote yes. 0.60 offer then yes for sure. N3
