Apparently many of the existing Apps use simple AI applications to search existing disease data bases so that a human can compare symptoms with possible diseases and then make a diagnosis. DM has imbedded such sophisticated AI in Medic-Call that it can scan millions of records and actually make the diagnosis. Not only that it has been tested to be more accurate than humans making the diagnosis. So imagine employing a para-medical person at 1/4 the salary of a doctor to diagnose illnesses and recommend treatment plans and doing it better and cheaper! Maybe that would be the differentiator you seek???
