Well IceCold, since you asked. "I'm honestly interested to know what id their differentiator that is going to make people change? The other companies already reach out to remote areas and set the patients up with specialists, if need be. Not trying to be a d*ck, genuinely would like to know your reasoning," I'll recount something I read early on in the Medi-Call saga. Apparently many of the existing Apps use simple AI applications to search existing disease data bases so that a human can compare symptoms with possible diseases and then make a diagnosis. DM has imbedded such sophisticated AI in Medic-Call that it can scan millions of records and actually make the diagnosis. Not only that it has been tested to be more accurate than humans making the diagnosis. So imagine employing a para-medical person at 1/4 the salary of a doctor to diagnose illnesses and recommend treatment plans and doing it better and cheaper! Maybe that would be the differentiator you seek???

Isn't that what the whole concept was for IBM Watson? And it was not just the medical field. They were going to have various platforms such as medical, legal, media, language, security, and others.
No more need for doctors, no more need for lawyers, etc., etc. Where has that AI platform gotten to?
Is DM going to do this better than IBM and Watson? Has anyone ever used Watson?
