RE:Small position .... so far My advice is to get as many as you can, it is far far form where the final SP will be. We all believe a buyout will happen for the mine and there are several well heeled companies that will be fighting over this asset. And dont limit yourself to thinking existing salt companies, other mineing companies will be interested in this cash cow. Take a look at Fortesque, they have like a trillion dollars they are looking to turn into hard assetts before the global fiat dollars collapse under hyper inflation. My opinion they will develop gull island hydro electric project in Labrador and are a good fit for the domes.
The spin out will be an awesome dividend for Atlas shareholders. Just think about this, we are going to get a super valueable divident shares in the spinout company that as I have been saying will underpin an international H2 energy hub. The value of this spinout will be massive and is to be determined the ratio and value. For the domes I have been saying there are many of them on the claim and Atlas has confirmed a sister dome next to the FB dome, there will be several more along the 25km of claim.
Oh and here is a hint for you, there is potash on the claim, the gypsum mine is operational, the nephelene in Labrador will proceed once the mine and domes are straightned out.. AND there is nickel/cobalt deposit that was tested as a high grade deposit in preliminary exploration. AND they struck oil on the property but it was very thick and would need steam extraction, they believed a light crude lied at a lower level but the dril rig they used at the time could not go deeper.
I could be wrong, but I am thinking that the spinout will have a spinout. Now hear me out on this. The spinout will take all the assetts of Atlas other then the mine. But the domes will underpin an energy hub. The other assetts will end up being a distraction. Thus they will spin out the remaining assetts.
I am personally hoping that the domes ends up being a JV between spinco and an existing energy company or Fortescue.
The bottom line is if you have a good number of shares in this you life will be changed and you will be a part of something that the people of Newfoundland will be talking about for many years.
We are a part of something unique, rare and special here.
