Brokers who misrepresent risks..Don't last very long. Better to err on the side of caution. Much like analysts when they set targets. That's what makes the Scotia analyst's $3.00 target so intriguing. Particularly because he was initiating coverage. It wasn't a target revision. It was his first report so he was being objective. He had never been burned by the stock and made to look foolish. Several other analysts have. Particularly Aaron at TD. Small wonder he has the lowest target. Thrice burned, extremely shy.
