RE:RE:Annual meetingThey did say that both the belt filters and the cooling towers were completed and this shoud increase throughput during the hot summer months and help in the treatment of high impurity concentrate going forward.  Regarding the production problems, all they said was that they were working hard to overcome them.  The major problem appeared to be the cold weather which caused power interuptions and that problem is gone.
I agree that the full impact of the higher TC's will not be realized until the 3rdQ, but there should be some impact in the 2ndQ.  Also, the higher zinc premiums should be realized immediately.
The price of zinc was $1.93/lb at the end of the 1stQ and the current price is $1.62/lb.  If current prices hold, there will be a huge hedging gain in the 2ndQ.
I do not believe that they buy based on cash.
