RE: Insider SEDI filings People sell for many reasons like the director that recently exercised options. She may have used the cash for a new car. Down payment on a cottage. Kids university at Harvard. Divorce settlement. Or a hundred other reasons other than she was worried the stock was going lower. BUT, these insider buys, even if individually smaller than the sale, are far more meaningful. To repeat, people sell for many reasons. BUT, they only buy for one reason! They think it's going up! And soon. I'm tempted to buy again
