RE:RE:RE: Insider SEDI filings Hmm, while it may sound well intentioned, Too often I've seen the 3x salary requirement as an excuse to load up the execs with free shares via a rsu,dsu or some such plans that don't have the same skin in the game money at risk as intended. It seems even less necessary to me for small and microcap companies to pursue aggressive compensation plans. Having said that, the recent buys disclosed on sedi are straight up , cut a cheque out of pocket, at the market price, bbbbuys. So a very good thing.
