Suggestion Q: Is there a REIT or two that provides high growth potential and high dividend yield? Given the current market circumstances, I might be able to get something at a deflated price.
We like DIR.un and CAR.un (high to moderate growth relative to the real estate industry). We also like TCN, however, it is not registered as a REIT.
