RE:Senior VP from Bayer as Board MemberNote to clarify - it looks like his primary role is a primary advisor to the Board, not a board member himself. Even better to have him working with Sirona as a person who can look into what had been going on, and how best to position the company properly, maybe even with the view to position it for a prime buyout. At some point, Sirona should layout the recommendations, but it looks like he had already started - he was the distinguished individual in the new presentations.
So that means there is still room for "the Board" to bring on yet another board member (s). I think they will need a few more to be up listed. This Bayer VP would certainly fit the bill for me as one of them at some future point.
