If you follow the Results of Stochhouse's Investor Poll Results which can be found on the Stockhouse site , It might tell you what most investors think about an analyst's report .

It's just a target number that the analyst can easily Change at any time up or down ... they are paid to "adjust " the TP and report whether they get it right or not. . Analyst aren't what they used to be .....

No big deal from my point of view , but I'm only one investor and who the hell am I ?...
