RE:RE:RE:nasdaqIMV will definitely delist from the Nasdaq. Actually, it's really traded in a downtrend ever since it listed there in the first place. I find retail investors/traders think if a company moves to the nasdaq the share price will go up exponentially. It's been my experience that most stocks that move from the TSX to the nasdaq trade down for the most part. My theory is that large numbers of Americans that short sell to make money drive smaller company stocks down. If you really study the US markets you'll find most people there have learn how to make money on the probably of companies underperforming expectations which is usually the case. The majority of all stocks listed in the world trend downward as compared to the few that actually trade in uptrends. I guess simply put. It's most likely that a stock will go down in price than go up.
