RE:SUMMARY OF CHALF TO DATE. Find greener grass

RE:SUMMARY OF CHALF TO DATE. Find greener grass@mittchell Please do your research before posting. The debt due this November from debentures is included in their most recent filing (Septemeber 2021). In January 2021, Chal and holders agreed to extend the debenture term by one year (from November 2021 to November 2022). 68:1 is an incorrect D/E ratio as discussed in previous threads. The correct D/E ratio is 1.70:1.

D/E = (Total Debt) / (Shareholder Equity)
D/E = (27.932) / (16.434)
D/E = 1.6996

If you can show that I'm wrong, I welcome you to do so.

Debentures due date change:

Thanks
