Well that only means one of two things.

1. This was a pre programmed purchase to meet minimum ownership guidelines. A senior officer only has $100k share ownership or less than 20% of one year of a salary. That is pathetic!

2. It also means there is no major WiLan deal imminent. As they can't trade with non public info.
