Yes, Marshall said the uplisting will happen before Q3. Literally DM said:

"Datametrex AI Ltd. is planning to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange in the first half of 2022."

But DM also said:

"Completion of the uplisting on the TSX is subject to the satisfaction of listing requirements and the approval of the TSX. There is no assurance that the TSX will approve the listing application or that Datametrex will complete the listing as contemplated."

I think DM should work hard on getting this uplisting done before the AGM happens on June 29th, as new TSX investors could directly attend their first AGM. This would be a great investors communication event by Datametrex.
