Honesty and integrity

You can analyze the financials of a company, but you can't analyze the honesty and integrity of management. The more I read the more it seems there has been a lot of dishonesty among prior managemet that is now coming to light. Now I'm wondering if the nr's about how great the process is is true! Viston probably is too.
