Concerns

ConcernsMy concern is that no revenue for Amara was reported. And no revenue for Sapentia was reported. They obviously had revenues...at least Amara for sure. I thought if EWG owns 51% of Amara, then 51% of the revenue belongs to EWG and should be recorded. Is this correct? Also Marc indicated he was very excited about Amara's growth which made me think it will be shared on 1st quarter. And he said momentum has started. Which makes one think revenues are going up... Not down. But the revenues were actually less than the average for 2021. The average for 2021 is the 58 million divided by 4. So 14.5 million. And they are projecting 100 million for 2022 which would be an average of 25 million per quarter. But since they are on a growth trajectory, the 1st two quarters would be less than 25 but last two more than 25. So I thought somewhere between 14.5 million and 25 million should be 1st quarter revenue. But it came in lower than 14.5. I don't understand why. Can anyone answer this?
