Is there a dividend? no'
is there a share buyback occurring? no
is there a plan laid out for a return of capital like everyone and their dog is doing has laid out for shareholders? no
were there cheap options written for insiders while shareholders took a paycut and sit and wait for a scrap of ROC? yes

An insider that had significant shares has been selling and it started the cascade and I expect it will continue for a few days yet since today US markets were closed.  I am also curious as to why a block trade wasn't arranged by the company vs crashing the share price unless they weren't aware of the coming sales initially.  I am pretty sure that I have owned shares in companies that have done such a thing before but I can't confirm that.

As I have mentioned before, the debt is fast becoming a thing of the past and they are finally making serious money, profits, and I see this continuing.  We just need that word I have been talking about recently, patience.  Not my best trait. lol
