Beenthere, your creepy behaviour has caused you to be excluded from serious shareholder discussions for years. No shareholder owes you anything except contempt. You made that bed. Now lie in it.

Over the years I have discussed Bioasis with dozens shareholders. They all know the broker because the broker has made sure they know him. How else could he claim such control?

But the broker isn't the company. He's just an ambitious broker with a lot of interest in Bioasis. So this has little or nothing to do with Bioasis or me. This is all about how the world works and you've alienated so many people that nobody will tell you anything.
