Looks good. Only 18-28m USD left for annual run rate target of 180-190M (3-4 more same size acquisitions). Could they get this done in the next quarter and beat their outlook?

I'm also going to assume they're dipping in their LOC for this as it wasn't mentioned in the release nor was the acquisition price.
