Ok well then I guess the delay is not related to the delivery of the mill.  The downstream plant is not an issue for design but I guess it could be for other things related to the downstream plant.  New offtaker?  New/additional financing?  I'm at a loss as to what the delay could be about it its none of the above.  I doubt its due to something more sinister as the clues are there that they are currently putting all their efforts in to advancing ongoing growth opportunities.
