Lol, well I'm no financial genius, (insert Janet Yellen here) however I do get my bills paid.

Now 400m shares receiving a, oh maybe, $.02 dividend would cost the company $8m. When they are getting $11+/lb on nickel, that might say something to someone who might be interested in purchasing a few shares. The company had no problem looking after their executive and upper management to the tune of multiples of that $8m. That $.02 could come every Q so long as the price of nickel holds. 
What benefit is there to owning this stock if there is no dividend when there is money being made. Demand for the stock would increase the price, if there is no demand the sp going nowhere. However, the day traders can do ok depending on their timing, could have made $.02 today lol.

If they have not come to the conclusion yet that they will never see that outstanding debt the Cubans owe them paid off, then there is a serious problem.
