Investing 101 for dummies. You, Kitty, should read it if you believe different. Just can't justify one without the other.
It is going to happen sooner than later.
Wish it wasn't so, but.........

Easy does it there, settoretire you're agenda is starting spill out all over your wheel chair.
Surely you're astute enough to to know that focussing on any one single fundemental measure in a stock is a sure way to miss opportunities.
We all know that an RS most often benefits the financier over shareholders and since you have been pushing the RS button here for as far back as one can remember I'm of a mind to conclude you and others like you work for someone other than yourself. Retired my arrse. lol
Here's a key question your logic fails to address. If Auxly turns profitable and no longer needs to attract large sums of capital through institutional investment then why bother with an RS?
The current share structure makes Shorting more difficult and less lucrative.
I can't wait to flip the MMs the bird as Auxly makes payment, clears debentures and walks away from Hedge Money.
How bloody beautiful would that be.
If Auxly continues to grow sales and improve margins then soon the only opportunity available to acquire shares will be by way of the open market.
No RS required.!!
There's more than one way to skin a cat.
