Well I'm happy that we can generate operating capital, I am concerned about the "cloudiness" of the deal. It is anything but transparent. Confusing by design, not sharing all the information in a clear, concise nr comes across as confusing at the least and makes me wonder what this is going to do for shareholders.
I'm talking about long time shareholders who have been in this for years and rode out the dissapointing events that delayed everything to get us to where we are today.
I'm not sure if anybody could have done any better with our development and company building but it seems others have with theirs, judging from the amount of same skus on shelves.
It seems like Tinley's has had the e-brake engaged to deliberately slow things down and I don't like all of the layering in and the way this is developing with everything with Rick's name on it when it should have been Tinley applying for all of the licenses and permitting and somehow or other our company control seems to be negotiated away for a few million dollars when I believe our plant alone is worth $20 million.
Some say that the company is broke and is getting firesaled which raises the issue of why are we broke when we've been told that all is good, Tinley's is on shelves and co-bottling is happening which is money upfront with little liability. Getting one product on shelves in Canada seems like we dropped the ball and the amount of deals set up and walked from for distribution and co-bottling is baffeling.
I am unsure how or why the controlling interest of our company is on the line when we haven't had a say in the matter. Right now all the funneling down of assets seems to be directed to Rick and his new loan sharks.
I only think its right to entertain the other proposals that I am sure are out there from what our management team has implied that this is viable because we are relatively debt free and I'm sure it was Rick that suggested we would be cash flow positive a couple of years ago.
What happened????
I have some ideas that I don't like and I hope I'm proven wrong.
Too many players out there that want to pick up the spoils after deliberately fumbling the build out on the shareholder's dollar.
I hope Rick has a reputation that he cares about. Some of these guys should have "real skin" in the game if they destroy companies to pick up the pieces when the smoke clears.
