Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). Doubtful you’d get almost 30% without a concerted effort by some large shareholders, this isn’t just a loose group on retail holders hitting that 30. Maybe I’m incorrect but it looks like a concerted effort by a group of holders. 30% is huge with 300 million float.
