Yes, we are now, tied to LPI share prices. 

I also like their management and company will have great synergy effect. Combined admin. will plunge as most of it redundunt. We need only one director, part time lawyer and part time accountant in Canada.
In today's market, BRZ become a safe bet. My friend went to buy Ioniq 5 EV. 3 years waiting list...
