- LPI has been talking about Mitsui for over a year or 2 years.

- BRZ management can not be reached for years

- How shares outstanding with LPI, 300 million ? 250 ? Now how many share to give to BRZ shareholders and Borda ? 400 million outstanding ? Do the math! 

- huge ?  Yes huge outstanding shares that dilute the stock and then comes the reverse split !
