RE:Ouch! Its like GFrenchie's post said (a quote from the Pres)First 4000 metres is not a big drill program. That said, it is bigger than a 1500m drill program. Second, a bigger drill program does not " insure its success". It mererly improves their chance for success just like buying 2 lottery tickes gives you a greater chance at success but the chance for success is not great but better. Can't win if you do not play.
