When you think about it, you wonder why this hasn't taken place yet. It all comes down to investment and return on capital for these companies and sponsorship by the government.

Seems like the tailwinds are in CBLU's favor. This small cap bear market has been brutal, but it will recover, so the best of the best will rise in the next cycle.
