Why such a deal ?

Why such a deal ?Fernand is not sure that this is a good deal for Abcourt.
Labrador6 is convinced that this is not a good deal for Pershimex.
Neither of those guys have all the information relative to the proposed transaction.
Mr Hamelin and Mr Gagnon are in a better position to evaluate the purpose of the transaction because they know almost everything they need to know to clearly propose such a deal.
It was a business decision.
The captains decided to merge the two companies.
If you think Captain Gagnon took a good decision in the best interest of his shareholders, you vote "yes".
If you think Captain Gagnon did not take the right decision, sell your shares because there is no " Plan B " proposed by Pershimex's management.
If you think Captain Hamelin took the best possible decision, keep your shares or buy some more.
If you think Captain Hamelin did not take the right decision, sell your shares.
