Investopedia -- "....Because of arbitrage, an ADR's price closely tracks that of the company's stock on its home exchange. Remember that arbitrage is buying and selling the same asset at the same time in different markets. This allows traders to profit from any differences in the asset's listed price...."

I don't see the ADR thing as quite the same as a share rollback.  I'm aware the optics aren't awesome, but I focus on the market cap and the comparison with other companies, as DrDR did in the presentation (Denali and Annexon).
