Trading blackout liftedAnnouncement made that company pursuing listing on Nasdaq and suddenly insider's are buying  ...we needed higher buy amounts to takeover the roadblock a group of traders and previous board members had established with that ridiculous 9 cent price we have been seeing for months...   their message to pmn that they should not had been ignored and sent packing
