Not really a comment on Southern but rather the Exchange rules. How is raising $30,000,000 at a 20% discount to market not a material event?
The rules should change. Shareholders of record as of the date of signing of the Offering should be able to participate at the financing price for 100% of the shares in hand .. and moreover, the stock should be Stop Traded until the fiancing is closed.
I think it's a good move for Southern, but it does brown me off a bit that I was buying in the market at a 20% premium. Not fair.
