Why would ANYONE pay someone to be a basher of WELL? WELL has a very very small short position so can someone tell me why they think there are actually " paid bashers" ?

why are people called " bashers " when they doubt that WELL deserves a 5xSales ( P/S) valuation which shockingly enough is from the very same company that is intimately involved in financing WELL? (Eight Capital)
