I took a small position of 2k shares at .4025 usd.Yes they will have to do a capital raise.But it won't be for much they still have 14 million in cash.Also the last time the Silver COT report was at this point.Silver went fronm $14 an ounce to $30.To me not producing at $21.75 for 6 months might be a good thing.I would much rather produce at $30.Sell off way,way oversold.It's trading like a exploration stock....
