They also could offer stock to employees at a discount or in lieu of some of their salary. Bottom line: I agree that the manipulated drop does not match up with reality.
Starting to wonder if someone is trying to buy them out on the cheap. I have seen other companies do the same thing, right before a company goes into production. (ie Acquire an initial position, while driving the stock price down and then making an offer that they think looks good to shareholders after the drop. )
Also agree that they should make more money in Jan than they would at $21 silver
