RE:Smart MoneyCurious about your comment "Smart Money", FYF.
Each right is currently valued at approx .05 cents at the current shareprice of .50 cents.
Are you refering to selling your free rights into the open market for straight profit if you can, as Smart Money, or actually subscribing to the Rights Offering and paying the corporation .35 cents with 3 rights as Smart Money?
Does GSFC fully subscribe to this Offering when they dont have to? They would actually be doubling costs from some of their .17 cent shares from the last offering with really nothing to gain by doing so.
Will it be considered a negative if the Rights Offering is not fully subscribed too, as that would suggest the corporations shareholders do not believe enough in this offer to put more money on the table?
July 29 will be a very revealing day, but dont get stuck holding Rights if your day trading them, as after 12 pm on June 29th EST they will be worthless.
At the moment there are no tangible fundamentals supporting a .50 cent share value to Karnalyte as the company is years away from production, and with it revenue. The company only holds one asset, and has one employee.
The global market has propped up all potash companies, but what happens when that chaos settles down?
This company will move as quickly as GSFC wants it to, and not a step faster. The election results are all you need to look at, if you doubt it.
