It is good and bad news, good news that oil continues to flow but bad news that they won't announce the flow rates.
I would say AXE are running very close to the line of skirting the exchange rules of not announcing material information to shareholders. I would think for a small publicly traded company flow rates would be material information that they would be obligated to release. Flow rates translate into revenue that they have to release in their quarterly results. It seems like a slap in the face to shareholders, quite maddening actually
