QH divested himself of NFG for personal reasons. He is still a huge fan of NFGG. Crescat is still a major shareholder.
"nothing reportable" assumes that the assay labs are keeping up. It is the lesson of last summer that they are not. The new lab in Val d'Or should start processing production samples next month. Hopefully, we will get a steady flow of results then after.
All gold stocks are bleeding at the moment. Agnico and Barrick are both way down from their 12 month highs. This macro stuff will eventually work it's way through the system and eventually gold stocks will come back in vogue. Gold remains very popular with investors, unlike other safe haven assets.
Well said. I'm still very bullish on both gold and NFG. Although the share price is lower than we would like right now ironically the company is full steam ahead with more activity down here with lots of development digging in for the long haul. These boys mean business and are going to make it happen for NFG shareholders. I strongly believe that anyone buying at current levels will be well rewarded. Lots of extremely high grade gold along the Appleton Fault and New Found Gold is finding it. The company has only found the tip of the iceberg so far. Stay tuned.
