Hi, My name is Rob Lake and I have been an investor in TGS since it began trading a year and a half (or so) ago. There have been some conversations on Canadian stock forums such as https://CEO.CA and https://STOCKHOUSE.COM recently and many of us shareholders have raised concerns about the lack of news releases related to the proposed reverse merger. There is some restlessness growing about your retail shareholder community, and I think many of us would appreciate you, the CEO, or the company more generally bringing out some information about the progress of the merger. Even if the news is to account for the delay and a statement of confidence in the completion of the merger, with appropriate timeline, that would suffice to quell the uncertainty. As per your press release in the late winter, we were all expecting news at the end of May, when the deadline of 31 May was approaching. So far, we have heard nothing. I think it would do a great service and show of respect to your shareholder community to provide some information for us, as we wait patiently for the merger completion. The halt in trading has raised some concerns that only good communication from the company will help assuage. Yours kindly, Rob



Hi Rob, Thanks for your message. I can totally empathize with your sentiment here. The transaction is extremely complicated and has definitely taken longer than I or anyone expected. I can tell you it’s on track and we are still working diligently with the other parties to get to a definitive agreement. As I am sure you know I can’t say much about timing or details but can say we are very close and I look forward to providing an update soon. I have been with this company from day one and my focus is always on what’s best for the company and shareholders. We will have details and an update out soon.
