RE:Has anyone noticed the share structure movements???Kewl,
On April 14, 2022, Craig Roberts resigned as CEO, was replaced by Collin Kettell, and thus ceased being an insider. He holds 450K shares in direct ownership, slightly over 1M shares in indirect ownership in a company called "Flotsam Cove Holdings Limited", and an additional 700K shares in an RRSP - all acquired in the year 2020 (source: SEDI), so this may explain at least a portion of the decline in % ownership other "Management and Insiders" hold in the company. Palisades and Sprott / Sprott Mining are also considered insiders as they own more than 10% of the total shares outstanding even though their holdings are listed separately, likely given their much larger stake in the company. Collin Kettell is also an insider by virture of his position as Chairman of NFG as well as (more recently) CEO.
Don't know of any speical agreement between Palisades and Sprott, but I expect Sprott will once again acquire all the new shares offered in next equity raise (likely another flow-through deal) like he did last raise (announced on Oct. 21 and closed on Nov. 24), so he'll probably grow his ownership % at that point and place those shares in Sprott Mining, though not necessarily during the same October / November period.
