TSX

TSXGood news and support a companion stock consolidation / reverse split to attract larger investors.  However, they'll still need to fix the recurring quarterly earnout payments issue to AA (Chris, Sean, Pearl) that is resulting in continued share dillution (still net dillution regardless of NCIB).  They'll either need to insert a ceiling limit for how much the aforementioned can earn over the earnout period and/or put a share price floor at which earnout share based payments are calcuated.  This is a gap/ommision in the acquistiion agreement in section 2.3, which is resulting in a massive amount of shares being issued to AA based on current (and future consolidated) share price, results in a shift to the sliding scale of % of ownership in the company away from public shareholders + traiditonal private FANS ownership to AA.  Nobody thought the SP would hit these lows, and Chris et al are reaping the benefit that is disproportionate to the intended pay for performance regime.  Trust and intgrity in FANS and AA will continue to erode if they don't correct this ASAP.

If they fix the earnout payment issue, announce a new B2B deal in the near future in North America, do a share consolidation and uplist, I see this stock being attractive for larger and influential investors.
