Page 3 Numbers 8 and 9.      Bumpkin raised $7M plus is stock offerings by Petroteq when he was CEO,   and then paid comissions to two individuals totaling about 40% of the money raised?

Sounds like a serious financial fraud to me!!    Do you think those two individuals kept all the money or was some of it kicked back to Bumpkin somehow that the SEC does not know about.............or care about?
