RE:Europe and LNG
RE:Europe and LNG Great article, at the end of the day our economies ie infrastructured are too entrenched and will continue to depend on fossil energy for a next 100 years. Alternative energies will only be part of a multi prong strategy to lessen our dependency on one source of energy. It's roll out will take 100s of billions, political will and at least 25 years In my opinion the only true game breaker is a return to the Nuclear solution. Fusion Fission whatever, the safe technology is there what has to happened is a total rebranding ie proper campaigning to the convince populations of the world of the merits and yes potential dangers of this solution. In second I would put the massive deployment of Solar farms coupled with massive battery packs ie the Tesla solution. Third the Hydrogen option, still flawed because it will continue to rely on Fossil fuels to produce. Fourth off shore wind farms. Finally tailling at the end will be mini tentacles RNG, mini hydro installations, tide power etc etc. Long XBC , long summer ahead don't hold your breath Peace
