Thats great you own your own business.  What kind of business are you in? Are you also listed on the any stock exchange as well?

Hiring family might be ok for a small buiness but having family on a multi million dollar company pose serious conflicts of interest?  Am I allowed to vote my shares for approvals?

I don't think this is a common trait of business anywhere?  Plus, appears one member has tax issues and in trouble with authorities?  I would think a new company like Western trying to attract investments would want to be squeaky clean in every area and most of all transparent?

IBM, Dell, HP, Ford etc etc. their boards don't have family members on them.  I find it odd you would defend that set up and as it could lead to a lack of accountability?  You disagree, why?

Why are you calling me a basher?  I've done nothing but ask for some info on some of these things are being done.  Do I not have that right here?
