I wonder how long until the vultures start circling? I also wonder how his estate handles his shares? Will the person or entity that receives them want to own a chunk of an exploration co? Pure speculation, but does ES want to be partners with whoever ends up owning the co? Is there a USA in place for any preferred "founder" type shares held? I've said before, last year when ES was "away for personal reasons' that in my opinion death of a principal ratchets up risk profile. Fingers x'd for a resolution that supports SP. Best to his family.

Just after his wife passed away Walter moved all of his stock to a trust. The Trustees control what happens. His stake is safe from the vultures. ES already has been partners with those folks since the Trust was formed. As a result no panic selling today and no Estate issues as far as I'm concerned. So you can relax, but try to stay away from the donuts when you visit Tim Hortons. I think they are affecting your brain :>
