SPECULATION: Last Tuesday/Wednesday's TSX trading MAY have seen Anonymous (Broker1) possibly "front running" (Google RBC front running in the past)  the pipeline issue. With no statute of limitations on such behavior, could preserve CUSIP numbers for when the "wall of cash" could be used to disincentivize the purloiners.

Also when CSW shows trading in $0.005 increments it possibly reflects an advantage not available to the private (small) investor. Possibly suggesting/telegraphing the trading of "agile" (sophisticated/emboldened) on the TSX.   

CAUTION: In other news (caveats) for those of who understand the motivation of (AIM term) "rampers" that sometimes switch to "fear mongering" (re sensational posts wrt the FYZABAD pipeline & possible weather issue); we c/should expect a retraction(aka  even an update)  of a statement that "reeks" of short covering motivation by tree shaking?. Very transparent... hence caveat emptor warinng to the unsuspecting of this recent distasteful/abhorrant practise on this board in my sign-off.

FACT: The last HURRICANE of any consequence to T & T was Flora in 1961. For the edification of Lurk & Learns, historically, T & T is beneath the "regular" path of hurricanes (cyclones is/was foreign terminology). 

PLUS it would advance credibility of those making such remarkable "headlines" to differentiate Fyzabad (Forest Reserve HQ) from Rio Claro (Ortoire Block HQ).

BWDIK? Trinis can "smell" scammers a mile off. PB *even with his 10 year in-country experience) has his hands full, just see the latest coalition fermenting vitriol over on ADVFN, purporting to have all the answers with ZERO cumalative experience in ALL ASPECTS of Trini operations. I would challenge any of them to land in Piarco and see for themselves what reception awaits their incessant "easy solutions/fixes" being expounded at nauseum.
