The TAAT launch has been "Rolling" sin
ce November 27, 2000 in OHIO when that video was made and now TAAT is on the verge of rolling right off the edge of a cliff. Investor enthusiasm has been squandered and the SP is at $1.00 and headed lower. Anybody who thinks TAAT's track record has been a success is a fool.
TAAT told us they were going to establish a large Marketing Footprint with their irresitable Value Proposition Recon #1...then Recon #2...Recon #3 .....and now Recon ZERO touted as the best tasting ever Tobacco alternative. That strategy to permanently take market share from Big Tobacco strategy is not working. Setti tried to spend his way to market dominance with Debbie Chang's $20 million investment money and the financial costs versus market penetration return was a poor return on the investment made. A lot of it was wasted for little market penetration gains but gave the company huge losses.
The Q3 Financial Statements are due for release tomorrow and you are going to see what I mean. TAAT is a financial disaster. Their strategy of chasing new markets in unfamiliar foreign lands with different cultures was a huge and costly blunder. That could have been a winning strategy AFTER TAAT had established a PROFITABLE market presence in the USA. Whatever happened to the plan to establish a strong presence in the US markets? That plan clearly was not working as evidenced to the foreign maket strategy.
Investors are clearly not happy with a company that doesn't seem to have a clear strategy solid plan because it constantly changes. Management doesn't see to know what it is doing. The HLND purchase "on or about March 15" does not make investors confident and that is why the SP hovering around $1.00.
It's a sad case of over-promise and under-deliver and those chickens have come home to roost for TAAT. Sadly I have seen the same scenario play out many times in the smallCAP sector for startup companies and such companies rarely recover. Maybe TAAT will buck that trend and go on to success. big net profits and a new all-time high SP. Time is running out fast.
