Its a Value TRAP

Its a Value TRAPSome fund manager was pumping the stock a few days ago when it was around $21....trying to talk up her book....the 4.4% dividend is meaningless when the share price keeps plummeting.....best to stay away....could get into mid teens at this rate....especially with thin trading
