Marshall DID NOT say that, like investor10x mentioned, he said in the discord they were given the task by the government and were given a very short timeframe in which to complete the task. And even though they were given this short timeframe they still were able to complete the task by the due date. He was very proud of what they were able to accomplish in that short timeframe.
